Outlook 2007 hangs on splash screen

Hi,

I have been using Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager since its
launch and it has been working fine until the past few days. When I try to
launch it it hangs at the splash screen and I am forced to end the process.
When I try to open it in safe mode it works fine. There are no items listed
under Help->Disabled Items when it is in safe mode. I used Office
Diagnostics, which found and fixed a problem with installation package 16,
but it still hangs on startup. I tried renaming outcmd.dat, frmcache.dat,
and extend.dat as a post on the forum suggested, but that didn't work either.
Does anyone have a potential fix?
