Outlook 2002 - OLE registration error - completely stumped?

Installed, reinstalled office XP & no matter what I do I keep getting when
clicking the "send/receive" button -

"An OLE registration error has occured. The program is not installed
correctly. Run setup again for this program."

Outlook fires up fine & all other functions seem to be there & works fine -
just the main function!

Any ideas?
