Outlook 2002 on Win XP hanging at start up

I have a problem where Outlook under Office XP hangs at
startup. This only seems to occur after the first time
it is loaded - i.e. Outlook started (usually OK), then
Exited, and then re-started. Full service packs loaded
for Office and SR1 for Windows XP.

Anyone any thoughts as to what the problem might be?
