Outlook 2002 Options Box Truncates

When I call up the Options Dialogue Box in Outlook 2002, several of the "sub
boxes" are truncated to the right. It is so bad that I can't see all buttons
or enter all data. I have done a full removal/reinstall of Office XP for
Students and Teachers, yet the problem still remains.

I've also noticed some other oddities: Outlook Help box remains blank and
System Information Program doesn't function.

I am running Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed.
