Outlook 2002 - Password not retained - IMAP folder

I have Outlook 2002, have installed Service Pack 2 as per
instructions for this prob. via Knowledge Base, but to no
effect. Also have client with Outlook 2002 POP3 with
same prob.

Be grateful for any help, please
