Outlook 2002 - Personal Folders

Hello,

I have a user who says that personal folders keep getting
automatically setup in their outlook profile. Sometimes in
excess of 10 folders are created. These folders cannot be
accessed.

When going into Data File Management the properties on
these Personal Folders can not be viewed. They can be
removed. But will re-appear at a later date.

Does anyone know why this might be happening and how to
stop it?

Try removing and recreating the profile with a different name. In Control
Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles

does he have rules moving messages to the folders?

did you try making a new profile?
