Outlook 2002 problem

The following message always pop up when I open the outlook program:

An error has occurred in the script in this page

Line: 298

Char:1

Error: Library not registered

Code: 0

URL: OUTLOOK:TODAY

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

This computer has XP home version installed and has internet sharing (rogers
cable) with another computer. I can't send out email through Outlook even
though there is no problem at all to access internet. Would anyone show me
how to fix this problem? FYI, I have no idea of programming and don't know
how to proceed the scripts.

Outlook has been damaged. To fix it run Help-> Detect and Repair.
