Outlook 2002 problem

Hi,

I have outlook client 2002 and groupwise 5.5 installed in a same
machine. I found the following error:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer:10.0.2627.1 ModName: gwent1.dll
ModVer: 0.5.5.0 Offset: 000fdc41

....

And the outlook cannot start properly.

What is the problem ? Any idea ?
