Outlook 2002 pst file

When I try to add an additional pst file through Data File
Management, I get the following error:
"An unknow error occured, error code: 0x80040600"
I tried repairing Outlook, re-installing it with no luck.
Any ideas.

Does the same thing happen with File>New>Outlook Data File?
