hi I was wondering why when I try to open a email that has w web based
attachment I get an error that reads "This operation is cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact you system
administartor" Well I am the system admin and I have not changed any of the
settings and It worked one day and not the next, any help would be
appreciated, THX.
