Outlook 2002 quits unexpectedly

Outlook 2002 quits unexpectedly on Windows NT 4.0 sp6a
machines that had all security updates installed.
Upgrading to SP2 did not help neither did a reinstall of
Office XP Standard. I have even tried renaming the
Extend.dat file hoping that it had corrupted. Any
suggestions?
