Outlook 2002, Return Key Double Spaces

I am using Outlook 2002 SP2. Whenever I hit the return
key it automaticly double spaces and I want to turn it off.

Are you composing in HTML format? If so, hold the Shift key when pressing
Enter. In HTML, Enter means "new paragraph" while Shift-Enter means "new
line".
