Outlook 2002 rules permission

I have set-up a rule in Outlook 2002 which searches for
spam words in the subject and then permanently deletes the
message. It works fine dynamically as well as as a "run
now" however periodically the rule is deactivated and an
error message pops ... "You don't have appropriate
permission to perform this operation". I am logged in to
WinXP as administrator and have no idea why this is
occuring. Anybody have a clue?
