I'm reposting my original problem; I think it is too
deeply buried for people to pay attention to on page 5.
I am pasting here the correspondence (in reverse order)
from my original post. Any help is appreciated.

I just copied the rules from the working one and applied
them to three accounts. I deleted the original rules and
used only the copied rules. The same account is not
working, but the other two are. This does not make any
sense to me.

That did not work, either. Does anyone have another
suggestion? Thank you!

Try adding the stop processing more rules to the rule.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jeanne asked:
| I have made rules many times for Outlook, and I have not
| had a problem getting them to run properly. However, I
| can not get them to work for one of my email addresses.
|
| I have set up account [email protected] with this rule:
|
| Apply this rule after the message arrives through the
| [email protected] account
| notify me using YOU HAVE MAIL
| and move it to the MYEMAIL folder
|
| It moves the message & sends the notification, but it
| also leaves a message in my inbox. Here's the weird
| part -- my [email protected] rule is set up EXACTLY the
| same (I set it up 2nd when the 1st didn't work, to see if
| I could figure out the problem) - AND IT WORKS
| PERFECTLY! It moves the message to the right folder,
| gives the notification, and does NOT leave a copy in the
| inbox. I have deleted the ABC rule repeatedly and redone
| it exactly the way the DEF rule is set up, but to no
| avail. It will not eliminate the inbox email copy.
|
| I do not have it set to move a copy, leave a copy, or
| anything. I have it set exactly as stated. I have
| checked, triple checked, quadruple checked, and it is not
| set to leave a copy in the inbox, only to MOVE the email
| to the MYEMAIL folder.
|
| Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!
