When I click on Tools | Rules Wizard nothing happens. It
used to work but about three months ago I deleted all my
rules and haven't tried going back into it until now. I
have ran Detect and Repair and it didn't fix the
problem. If I right-click on a message and "Create Rule"
Rules Wizard does show up but after a create a new rule
clicking Rules Wizard still does not work, even though I
now know that I have at least one active rule.
Any ideas?
