Outlook 2002 Rules wizard size limit

My understanding is that rules wizard in Outlook 2002 has a size limitation
of 32Kb for all of the rules, does anyone know of a way to increase this
limit and/or another method of performing a similar function for new e-mails
when they arrive. I have implemented all of the work-around steps provided in
the KB articles, but they are very basic and limited.

Is there any way that I can utilize scripting in place of the Rules Wizard?
If yes, do you have any reference material that I can review that would help
me to write the scripts?
