Outlook 2002 Rules work intermittently

I have several rules to sort mail as it comes into the
inbox, depending upon the account used to receive mail, or
specific text in the subject. When I restart outlook I
get errors where outlook "unchecks" the rules and states
the folder name or account name is missing. I will
provide the required information, run the rule on existing
email, and save. When I start outlook the next time and
run the rules the same things happen. I have tried
eliminating the rules and recreating their functions on a
rule with a new name and the same thing happens. I would
appreciate any help anyone can offer on this problem!
