I have two Address Books in my Outlook; Global Address List of the company I
work for and my Personal Address Book.
I got load's of junk mail daily and I want to get rid of them.
So I created rules that should move the mail if the sender is on my Global
Address List or in my Personal Address Book (two rules) into folder "01".
Those rules should leave the unknown senders mails to Inbox so that they are
easier to mark as Junk Mail or process some other way. Well those rules
doesn't work...
Then I create two more rules from the "Junk Senders" -rule with an exeption
that if the sender is in one of those Address books the message should be
MOVED to that "01" folder.
Result: Some of the mails I get from people that are in my Personal Address
Book are still moved to Deleted Items folder and if the sender is in the
Global Address List the rule doesn't move but copies the message to
"01"-folder and leaves the other copy to Inbox (doesn't move anything to
Deleted Items folder)!
And why it isn't possible to add several message senders as a Junk Sender,
but you have to click and mark every message separately?!
