Outlook 2002 Runtime Error

I get a run time error when I send/receive in Outlook.
Right now I am locked out and can't even login to
Outlook, says Runtime error. I have my close to
synchonize and every time I close I get a
Runtime error also. All suggestions are appreciated.

Only SP1 is installed as am having problem with install
of SP2 and SP3. Maybe when I get that solved it will
solve my RunTime error. Thanks!
