outlook 2002 - security zone listbox

Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2002 (10.4219.4219) SP2 with Exchange 5.5 SP4,
Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP SP2.

In Outlook, when I click on tools, options, security, zone settings, I
can only choose between Internet and Restricted Sites. What about the
other zones ? Why don't they show up ?
