Hi All,
I have a user running Outlook 2002 (Office XP) on Win2k Pro
experiencing very long send/receive times (minutes), even when no mail
is waiting on the POP3 server. Outlook is completely unresponsive
until the s/r completes. Trying to do anything before then results in
the "App not responding" message.
Have tried all the usual (Office/Windows service packs), reinstalling
Office with patches, network settings etc.
User has Sync software installed (OSASync Pro) to sync outlook data
with another user, as well as ActiveSync and a Brother Multifunction
Fax/Scanner/Printer.
I will try disabling each in turn to see if I can pin it down. Will
notify if I find an answer.
In the mean time, any clues as to which of these is the likely culprit
would be appreciated.
