I am using Direcway satellite for internet (no other choice). I am using
Outlook 2002 SP3 (Windows XP Home). I can receive email without problems, but
sending email is very slow or not at all. I've checked my pop3 and smtp
settings. Port settings are correct. I am using Norton Sytemworks/Firewall,
but do not scan outgoing mail. I have recently downloaded the Windows XP 2
update. Can anyone shed light on this matter?
