Outlook 2002 signature and attachments

I upgraded my division to Outlook 2002 and have a logo as
part of the signature. We are having a wierd thing happen
now. When you send an email the signature is shown as an
attachment and most of the time any other attachments are
dropped off the email????? ANy clues???
