One of our users is having an interesting problem, where only some sent
items are not being saved anywhere. I checked the relevant settings,
as detailed below:
- Tools->Options->Preferences->E-mail Options set to "Save copies of
messages in Save Items folder...
- Advanced E-mail Options setting uncheck for "In folder other than
Inbox..."
Could someone tell me what the problem could be and what I should do to
fix it???
