When sending an e-mail from any pop3 account (only type of accounts set-up) I
recevie an
[Internet Security Warning - "Certificate CN name does not match the passed
value" DO you wish to continue using this server Y/N?]
When selecting either option (y/n) Outlook crashes and closes out without
notice. Upon re-open it does a file corruption check and then returns to an
idle state.
This message has been coming up for months since our SMTP servers went
encrypted and has never been an issue once acknowledged with the first
message after program open.
No recent updates except to MSIE which is currently 7.0.5730.13
Microsoft Update shows no updates available and Detect & Repair has no effect.
I have not tried account deletion and clean set-up as yet.
