I have Outlook 2002 SP3. When I imported from another PST file, I
ended up with hundreds of duplicate messages plus duplicate contacts.
I know there is a lot of 3rd party software available to remove these,
but there is also Microsoft KB299349 which specifically addresses this
problem with Outlook 2002. My problem is that, when trying to follow
the KB, my menus are nothing like what is shown in the KB. It says to
click to change the folder view to a table type view. There is
nothing specific about a table view, but I can get to a screeen for
Define Views which does show table in the right-hand column, but then
you can't right-click on a column heading and click Field Chooser.
It's like this KB is for a completely different version of Outlook.
