Outlook 2002 SP3

We have a user that has just been converted from Outlook
Express to Outlook 2002 SP3. When she receives an email
with an attachment from one of our clients, the paperclip
icon does not appear. When the same email is opened, the
attachment, a Word document appears. When the same user
receives emails with attachments (Word documents) from
other clients, the paperclip icon appears. Any ideas as to
why this is happening? Thank you.

Possiby because this client is embedding the document and not attaching it.
