outlook 2002 takes forever

I have just updated to sp2 nothing else has changed and I have done it on
several other computers but for some reason Outlook is taking forever to
open.Once its open its fine but I dont understand whats not loading
properly? Any ideas

Try this: Tools>Options>Other. At the bottom, uncheck the IM integration.
