On an XP Pro machine, with server timeout sent High (10 Minutes) or
otherwise, timeout error happens all day long.
NETSTAT -a reveals connection to mail.company.com is in SYN_SENT state when
timeout occurs. Other machines on same network also experience same timeout
but not as much. Probably half as much, maybe less.
What is making this particular one much more sensitive to timeouts? I think
the issue is the ISP and Outlook.
