Outlook 2002 Too slow in opening any sent or received message

Outlook 2002 is Too slow in opening any sent or received
message.
1) diary option is disabled
2) messages are short and small and no attatchments
3) items are opened easily from an exchange public folder

See if Windows Messenger integration is disabled;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other
