Outlook 2002 - transfer contact & Calendar easy from computer to computer?

Is there a way besides a Palm pilot to transfer all
contacts, and calendar info from work to the home
computer as a daily task?

The problem is my palm pilot does not carry over certain
fields in contacts that transfer from work to home.

In Calendar, the color labeling does not transfer either.

Looking for an easy way to have both computers updated in
the same way.
