I have one Outlook 2002 client that for some reason will not log transport
events. In Outlook I go to Tools-Options-Other-Advanced and select Enable
Mail Logging. This works fine on other clients but on this machine the log
file is blank except for <<<< Loggin Started (level is LTF_TRACE)>>>> the
next line is Resource Manager Terminated.
It seems the Resource Manager is getting killed almost instantly when it
tries to start. I have rebooted the machine multiple times same result. My
next step was going to be to reinstall Outlook 2002 but I though I would
check here first.
Any suggestions?
