I have a customer who is using Outlook 2002 and is having a problem
opening one particular file name.
This file is an automated report that she receives each day with the
same name.
Problem:
Open the email and doubleclick the file qsysprt.rtf and I get an error
message saying I might not have access to the the folder. Try to
"Save as" and get the same error message.
I can forward the e-mail to my web account and open the file.
I can change the name of the report and send it to her and open it
with not problem.
I can send some other document with the same name and can not open it.
So it seems Outlook does not like the file name qsysprt.rpt no matter
what it contains or who it comes from. Any other file name,
inclutiding other .rtf files work fine. This report is generated by a
financial institution so simply having them change the name of the
file isnt possible.
Help?!?!
TIA
