Outlook 2002 on Win XP Pro. Exchange 5.5 Public folder. User has
owner rights.
User goes to define views, creates a private view. Moves away from the
folder, returns. View is not on the list. Or he edits an existing view (adds
a column to the view), saves the view. Leaves the folder and returns,
selects the view, the added column is no longer a part of the view. User
mostly works offline. We ran the inbox repair tool on his OST, no change.
Occasionally he will pull up the views and none of his private views are
available. Later they return.
Are the views cached in the OST? I know the forms have a separate cache
that can be deleted when the local forms cache gets corrupted.
Anyone seen this behavior?
Thanks.
