Outlook 2002 Warning

Everytime I open Outlook, I receive an error "The data file 'personal
folders' was not closed properly. Checking for problems."

Can anyone tell me why I am receiving this message and how to stop it from
occuring?

You may have an add-in preventing Outlook from closing properly. See if
