outlook 2002 was working fine . now it hangs. i have reinstalled .

i must have another program conflicting with outlook 2002. i have run with
virus and fire wall software disabled but, outlook only runs in windows xp
safe mode.

outlook safe nor repair and detect fix issue ... reinstall no help. i have
loaded latest sp3 security packs.
