About a week ago 7/2/08 Outlook would not start in normal or safe mode. I
have tried all of the following. System Restore to an arlier time, run
spyware, run AVG, both removed a number of issues. Inserted Windows XP CD to
conduct detect and repair. Outlook still will not start. No problems with
other window applications.
Please advise.
