outlook 2002 window does't refresh

One of our users' folders don't indicate that new mail
has arrived or that sent mail has left the outbox until
she clicks on a different folder than the one currently
selected. I checked and when she sends a message it
arrives immediately even though her screen shows it still
in the outbox. Any ideas how we can fix this?

I'm having the same exact problem. Noticed this change
after running a virus scan and getting critical updates
from Microsoft. However, I'm the only one in the office
that is experiencing this problem. Did you find a fix
for this yet?
