We have an emial, similar to a newsletter, that we send out to our customers that is an HTML format. It has a few pictures in it (jpg) that I can see on my screen prior to sending it. When a recipient receives the e-mail, the picures are not show in the body of the meesage, but are added as attachments. The pictures are replaced by an empty box.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening? We would like to send the newsletter to our customers with the pictures in the body of the message, not tacked on as an attachment. I did not have this problem with Outlook 2000. The problem showed up when I upgraded to 2002 after the purchase of a Dell Pocket PC device.
Thanks in advance
