Outlook 2002 - Xp Professional

I have installed MS Xp Professional on my new laptop which came with Vista,
but cannot use the Microsoft Outlook - Keep getting error that says "Cannot
start Microfoft Outlook. Unable to display the selected folder or item. Could
not openm the item please try again.

I have tried to re-install it does nto help - all other programs are
working fine - just Outlook

I tried updating from MS site but that did not help

Any ideas?

Outlook 2002 is not supported on Vista. How did you configure your Outlook
profile?
