Running XP Pro, Office XP, Outlook 2002 for some time. On
July 1, 2003, could not send/receive mail. All email
accounts were "deleted." Have no idea how! Express works
OK. Entered new accounts, but Outlook still will not
send/receive. Did MS "repair" routine, but no help.
Account entries are identical to Express. Norton
AntiVirus up to date, no virus found. Also, when
following knowledge base in trouble shooting, base
mentioned several drop down items (send/receive options)
that I do not have in Outlook 2002. Any help greatly
appreciated.
