Every time I open Outlook 2002, the Preparing to Install
dbox displays for a second. I'm also having the same
problem as Patrick, in that my settings are for auto
send/receive and it isn't working. This only began after I
installed, then removed, SP2 and reinstalled XP and
Office. Many thanks for your help.
