My contacts are sorted last name/first name. When I send an email my address
book is sorted first name/last name. How can I get my address book to sort
the same as my contacts.

Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Select the sort
order at the bottom.
