outlook 2002

I am using Office XP Pro with Outlook and can't figure
out why it now takes so long to open up the program.
Sometimes 30 seconds to 1 minute (where it used to only
take about 10 seconds). Has anyone else ran across this
and what can I do to resolve the "wait time"? I have
already did the "repair" function off the XP Pro CD and
it didn't help me any. Thanks.
