I have a problem on a number of machines. When a user
sends or receives email Outlook 2002 freezes and when you
look in Task Manager it states the application is not
responding. This happens on all machines running Windows
2000 Professional, some with SP2 and some with SP4.
I have tried running SYNC.BAT to install Office 2002 SP2,
I have tried uninstalling Office 2002 and Re-Installing it.
I have deleted user profile and moved user to new machine
but problem follows user
All clients attach to Exchange 5.5 and I am thinking it
could be an Exchange 5.5 Issue.
Any advice would help immensely
