I have a user whose mail is disappearing when it hits the
inbox. Corporate Workgroup

Mail is not being delivered to a pst.
Have disabled all rules
Have check users views

Any suggestions or thoughts?

When precisely does it disappear? After being read? Or doesn't it get to the
inbox at all?

Have you checked the AutoArchive settings?

It gets to the inbox and if it is not read then it
disappears in about 2-3 minutes

If it is read, then it disappears in about 2-3 minutes

I have checked autoarchive settings and I have checked to
insure that user did not setup Outlook Express or
Internet mail and forgot to "leave the messages on the
server".

My temporary fix was to create another folder and route
all mail to that folder and the mail collects in that
folder.
