If anyone in cyber space could help me I would be
grateful. I have worked with MS for about 6 weeks with
no solution.
If I try to launch a web site from with in a received
email I get the error message "idlemon.dll not found.
Any suggestions on how to solve this problem would be
appreciated.

Are you using AOL Instant Messenger? Googling on idlemon.dll seems to
indicate this program to be the problem.

Don't put your email address in NG postings - you're just making yourself a
spam target
