When I changed from DSL to RoadRunner, I downloaded RR's
software and now the the RoadRunner icon instead of
Microsoft's. Since then, when I am in Outlook 2002 and
click on a link, it goes to a blank IE screen. If I
first open IE, and then open and click on links in
Outlook, it works fine. Is there an option I need to
change going from a DSL to Cable connection?
