I work for a small business. Tom, one of our employees,
recently left and was replaced by Joe. We would like to
have an auto respose sent to anyone who emails Tom that
indicates that emails should now be sent to Joe. The
problem is that we don't have an exchange server so we
can't turn on the Out of Office Manager stating that Tom
has moved on. Can anyone help or direct me to someone
else who can help?

What kind of mail server are you using? Maybe it has an autoreply feature
built in?
