Hi. I am trying to copy all email messages from "inbox"
under Personal Folders to "inbox" under Mailbox. It
works, all messages are copied, but a new inbox is
created under the original inbox when I do the copy
i.e.inbox
inbox
Can I delete the inbox under Mailbox so when I do the
copy, the new inbox will be created and will only have
one? Or is that just looking for trouble?
Any help please.

YOu need to copy the items, not the folder. Select the items, then
Ctrl+drag.

Sandy,

The main Inbox is not able to be deleted. If you want to have items
directly into your main Inbox and not a sub-folder I would try the following.

Goto the inbox on the Personal Folder - select the emails you want to move
(may need to do these in groups if there are many) Righ click - select Move
to Folder - Browse and select the destination location - your Inbox.

You can also do this to move the items from the sub-folder inbox as well.
